PRCS/Lebanon receives a delegation from the Palestinian Order of Doctors

(Beirut- 27/10/2011): PRCS/Lebanon received this month a medical delegation comprising several Palestinian pediatricians. The delegation toured all PRCS hospitals and centers in Lebanon where they examined children free-of-charge as part of cooperation between PRCS and the Palestinian Order of Doctors.
At the end of the tour, the Palestinian delegation met with the Ambassador of Palestine in Beirut Dr. Abdallah Abdallah, as well as with PRCS/Lebanon Secretary General Dr. Mohamad Othman and Dr. Awni Sa’ad in order to assess children’s health conditions in refugee camps.
The delegation lauded the role played by PRCS and its services in Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon despite all hardships. Delegation members also expressed their readiness to provide support to projects implemented by PRCS/Lebanon in the field of pediatrics.
