Statutes

PRCS Statutes guide the Society’s actions and humanitarian mandate. They cover the Society’s Organizational Structure, leadership appointments, elections, positions and functions, financial matters and records, and membership.

The responsibility to adopt revisions to the Statutes lies with the Society’s General Assembly held every four years.
