Morocco donates 5 million USD to the Gaza Strip through the PRCS

(Al Bireh – 14/7/2014): The PRCS president, Dr. Younis Al Khatib, extends his appreciation and thanks to the kingdom of Morocco for their generous donation to the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip who are living under the Israeli attacks for the 8th day.

Dr. Al Khatib added that the king and people of Morocco have been always supporting the Palestinians over the years in various areas particularly in the humanitarian field through the PRCS.

This donation of 5 million USD is to purchase medical supplies, and humanitarian relief items to encounter the consequences of the Israeli attack on the Gaza Strip through the PRCS.

It is worth mentioning that Morocco had previously provided funds to help the PRCS in renovating its hospital (Al Quds Hospital) in Gaza city during the Israeli attack on the Strip on 2008/2009.
