A new violation of IHL Against PRCS in the Occupied Palestinian Territory

PRCS cadre Mr. Nidal Abu Gharbeya was attacked by the Israeli soldiers on Thursday 15/5/2014, while on duty with the PRCS Emergency Medical Services; covering the demonstration of Palestinians in Jerusalem- Damascus Gate who were reviving the 66th anniversary of Nakba.

• PRCS hereby condemns the attack which is considered a violation to the International Humanitarian Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention 1949, and Protocol I Additional to the Geneva Conventions, 1977 that are applicable to the case of the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
