Psychosocial support for staff, volunteers and their families

Helping the helpers is a key PRCS priority which aims at enhancing the resilience and mental strength of staff, volunteers and their families. A number of tools, including support groups, are used to promote stress management and self-care. Interventions focus on the following:
- Stress management training;
- Dealing with feelings of helplessness;
- Achieving Work-Life balance;
- Managing emotions and stress in times of peace, conflict and war.
